Cece is in the front row in the green dress. :)

Cece!

Today was Cece's first dentist appointment! She did great, I am told. :) They looked at the girls while my teeth were cleaned so I didn't get to see it or take pictures but she wasn't screaming or running around the office so I would say she behaved. She let them brush and floss her teeth and even let the dentist take a peek around. :) Poor Emma has a couple cavities but they said she is doing good brushing so it seems like she has my bad teeth genes. I just had two teeth filled and have two more to get done. I hope Cece's stays healthy.

A couple weeks ago Cece's school had a Spring Sing and Nana, Papa and Aunt Abby were able to come! She was so excited to see them and she actually sang and participated in most of the songs. She is getting to be a big girl. She can now count to twelve, knows all her colors, and most of the ABCs. I am trying to upload a video to You Tube but it just isn't working right now. I will try again another time...

The pictures are from Cece's Easter party at preschool. I believed she found the most eggs in her class and loved eating sugar cookies instead of her sandwich (which she fed to Quinn).

Emma

She received her outstanding reader award.
Now it's time for soccer...

Sisters :)

Emma seems to be doing a lot better since we talked to her about her behaviour. She ended up being grounded from all electronics for almost two weeks and she has had all 3s on her weekly reports since. I am so proud of her! And, this is awful, but I was relieved to see the boy that she was having issues with is going to a different school next year. He is a sweet boy with an awesome family but I think they might like each other a bit *too* much for 7/8 year olds.

Emma is growing up before my eyes and it hurts sometimes. She is a great help with Quinn and can be with Cece when they aren't fighting. But I am having to watch what I say now because I hear it come out of her mouth and it makes me cringe. (not curse words per se, -even though I had to make her sit out while outside with friends for discussing whether or not "ass" was a bad word-, but sarcastic phrases.) She loves her sisters and I smile inside that she is still proud of us and isn't ashamed to run up and hug us in the lunchroom. I know those days are limited and that makes me sad. :( She is a smart sweet girl and I am truly grateful for that. I hope she continues to be that way so her little sisters can always look up to her.

Celebrating 8 years

Clint and I's anniversary was over a month ago. He gave me a lovely camera strap cover that I emailed him ;) and I surprised him with a fancy Homebrew Kit! (thank you Groupon!)

Here is an awful picture of my strap cover. It is beautiful and ruffly with rosette flowers. Also, taken on St. Patrick's Day, thus the green shirt.
Our first night bottling beer. This is the "311" batch. I was pleasantly surprised!

Behind again

So it seems I am not good at updating the family blog. It is becoming tedious to upload photos for some reason, and then I hate the way they look without editing them somewhat. But it was pointed out to me by my mother (hi mom!) that I am finding time to Farm ;) so I should blog instead. I will try and catch up.
