I feel kinda bad, I never update about how Cece is growing and developing. Nor do I have time to write in her baby book or scrapbook. Now that she is 14 months old!! I thought I would record some special things about her, so i won't forget them.
I love how she toddles around and will randomly come up to you and lay her head on you and give you a hug. She does this most to her Daddy and Uncle Len.
When she is nursing, she always grabs one of my fingers and strokes her cheek with it, and sticks it right next to her mouth. She also has to have her foot propped up on me.
She loves Emma to pieces and looks for her in the morning when she gets up and gets so excited when she gets home from school everyday.
She is only saying a few words. I think her "bye bye" is the sweetest sound ever, she has the cutest little voice. She does say Hi, Mama, Dada, Emma. I have heard her say baby once and Papa said she said Papa.
She LOVES bananas. I mean, I have to hide them from her in the store or she throws a fit. Mandarin oranges are a very close second.
Her new favorite thing to do is stand up in chairs and grin at you. She has become quite the deviant dare devil.
She has almost ALL her teeth. She is so little with a mouthful of teeth, but not a very big eater.
Well, that is all I can think of at the moment. I am sure there will many more to add...

Feb flashback
The picture of Cece eating chocolate brought back some fond memories of Emma's past Valentines. Nonna has sent gifts every year since Emma was itty-bitty. (so has Nana, but she is there to watch them open them, so I don't usually get pictures) This picture was taken on Vday when Emma was 19 months old. Such a sweet little girl...

Happy Valentines Day!
We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day! We spent the morning exchanging gifts of chocolate, flowers, and balloons and then tried to take the girls to see a movie. It was sold out when we got there so we ended up at Chick Fil A with Tonya and Sam (our neighbors). Then it was off to Nana's. The girls were actually on their best behavior and it was a nice day.
These pictures are the girls opening their gifts from Maryland! Cece loved the packing paper and the chocolate of course!

Then the next day another package came for Emma from Nonna too! She got some princess bedsheets, blanket, toothpaste, brush, and mouthwash. She wouldn't even let me wash the blanket before she start snuggling with it.
Thursday night Clint took his girls to their first Valentine's Day dance. Emma's school PTA put it on and Clint said she had a blast. I unfortunately had to work, so I missed it. Emma looked cute and spent most of the night running around the floor with her friends from school. Cece spent time in her stroller or running round being chased by Clint.

This was our kitchen table the morning of Vday! :)
And we can't forget the kayak!! Merry Christmas Clint! (I couldn't get a good picture because it was so dark)

Fun in the Sun
Last weekend I attempted a Valentine picture of the girls, but it didn't turn out too well. The lighting was awful because it was the middle of the day. The girls just wanted to eat the suckers and not smile at me. And we can't forget the impatient husband...
Emma's first time crossing the monkey bars.
